My journey began with an interest in farm-to-table nutrition and a love for picking up heavy things at the gym. Over time, that passion grew into a career dedicated to helping people reclaim their health through nutrition, fitness, and sustainable habits.

With a MS of Nutrition from NC State University, I am currently completing licensure hours to become a Licensed Nutritionist in North Carolina. In addition to my academic background, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Behavior Change Specialist (BCS).

I bring a science-backed, holistic approach to health. Further, as a PhD Candidate I’ve designed and led clinical double-blind placebo-controlled trials focusing on nutritional interventions, gut health, and metabolism- expertise that drives every personalized plan I create.

With years of experience, I specialize in evidence-based strategies that optimize metabolism, balance hormones, and build sustainable habits—helping you feel energized, confident, and fully in control of your health.
