I’m a Nutrition Intern on the path to licensure, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), adjunct professor of Sports Nutrition, and research associate diving into all things human physiology and health.

I’m passionate about helping you cut through the noise and confusion about nutrition, exercise, and wellness. I believe that health isn’t a destination, but rather something built every day with consistency and intention.

My own journey taught me what it means to truly nourish the body without being distracted by every next shiny thing. Now, I use science-based nutrition strategies and practical habits to help people like you unlock their healthiest selves.
